2008 Silverado with a 5.3L V8 engine

• All testing was performed at Alfred State College on June 11, 2009 with the KEC Unit installed and active on a 2008 Silverado with a 5.3L V8 engine
• With the minimum pass threshold for Carbon Monoxide (CO) at or below 0.300 and 0.500 % volume, the engine measured only 0.013 – 0.037 at 2700 RPM and 0.031 – 0.075 at 600 RPM, an average of 92% and 89% Below (better than) the Pass thresholds
• The HydroCarbon emissions were almost completely eliminated with the KEC unit running. The highest reading was 8 parts per million against a Pass threshold of 200 ppm, which is 96% Below (better than) the Pass threshold
